RMO 13-2024 Digest FINAL

RMO No. 13-2024 (April 3, 2024) prescribes guidelines and procedures for using the BIR's Application for Employment Tracking System (AETS), which covers the BIR's nationwide entry-level Recruitment, Selection and Placement System. Access is limited to Authorized Users defined in the approved Security Access Matrix; applicant data must be protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Technical issues are reported to the Systems Development Division and policy/business issues to the Personnel Division through the BIR Service Desk. A Job Aid on AETS use is attached.
