Concerned Regional Offices, Revenue District Offices (RDOs), or other BIR offices must provide the requested data or information within the time requested, and must designate a competent representative when asked. Any data, report, or information sent directly to the House of Representatives, the Senate, or their committees on pending legislation or inquiries must be copy-furnished to LLD-NO through juanito.balbastre@bir.gov.ph.
