Reference copy · verify against the official sourceRMO No. 31-2022 prescribes the policies, guidelines and procedures for accomplishment reporting on BIR Programs and Projects, covering the Bureau's Annual Priority Programs published through a Revenue Memorandum Circular and other major programs contributing to collection performance, while excluding Digital Transformation Program projects. The Planning and Programming Division (PPD) will maintain an online Quarterly Accomplishment Report Form on SharePoint; each Assistant Commissioner (ACIR), as program/project owner, assigns a Focal Person to access, encode, and update the form, subject to ACIR approval. Access opens two (2) days before quarterly deadlines (April 20, July 20, October 20, January 20), closes the day after, and may be reopened within three (3) working days via a follow-up memorandum if nothing is encoded.
