RMO No. 32-2022 announces that Lilia Catris Guillermo has assumed the duties of Commissioner of Internal Revenue and directs that all documents and correspondences prepared for the signature of the Commissioner be prepared pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75 dated November 28, 1975 and other subsequent orders. It is addressed to all Internal Revenue officials, personnel and others concerned, and takes effect immediately.
