Reference copy · verify against the official sourceThis RMO modifies selected Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) used in corporate income tax returns (BIR Forms 1702Q, 1702-RT and 1702-MX) to reflect rate changes under RA No. 11534 (CREATE Act). The table updates existing ATC Handbook rates for, among others, domestic corporations, taxable partnerships, GOCCs/agencies/instrumentalities, national government and LGUs, proprietary educational institutions and non-stock non-profit hospitals (including those with over 50% unrelated income), resident foreign corporations, offshore banking units, regional operating headquarters and foreign currency deposit units (many from 30% to 25% or 20%; MCIT shown at 1% for July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 and 2% thereafter). The RMO revises inconsistent issuances and takes effect immediately. OCR quality is poor, so several rates and row mappings are uncertain.
