The amendment restates KPI No. 9, 'Oplan Kandado,' under Objective 4 (Improve Assistance and Enforcement Processes): the target is one (1) accomplished case per semester per Revenue District Office, computed as the number of accomplished cases divided by the target for the period, times 100. An 'accomplished case' is one where the subject establishment was either approved for closure, or fully complied with and paid the findings contained in the 48-Hour Notice/5-Day VAT Compliance Notice.
